Ticket
Master is an easy-to-use Microsoft Windows application that monitors a modem or serial
line for call tickets. When tickets are received, Ticket Master can be configured to do
one or more of the following actions:
- The ticket can be
printed to any printer available under Windows.
- The ticket can be
saved as a file in a specified subdirectory on your hard disk.
- The ticket'can be
saved and indexed into a database if you have purchased the OCS TicketPro Database Module.
In addition to
processing tickets while unattended, Ticket Master provides a ticket browsing facility. By
pressing the Browse button on the tool bar, or selecting Browse Tickets from the File
menu, you can view or print any ticket received. Browsing is available for any tickets
received and saved to disk.

Notes:
If you are running
Windows for Workgroups 3.11 and are using an internal modem or serial port board with a
16550 UART chip, you must upgrade your serial driver (SERIAL.386) to the latest version.
The upgrade is available from Micorsoft or through One Call Systems, Inc., Customer
Service.
