ONTRY (ONe call Ticket entRY)

One Call Systems, as the vendor for South Dakota One Call, has produced a new ticketing tool for use by excavators in the state of South Dakota . This new product combines the traditional e mail -a-locate with the convenience and usability of a web based interface. As a user of the South Dakota One Call System you will find that ONTRY (ONe call Ticket entRY) will save you time.

Please click on the ONTRY excavator agreement form link below to complete the form. This form establishes the process by which ONTRY will serve the excavator and the Center in efficiently coordinating locate requests. This form must be completed and submitted in order for One Call Systems, Inc. to assign a username and password to access the site. Once logged into the site you will have the ability to change your password from the initial password assigned by OCS.

 

When the ONTRY agreement form is completed you will be entered as an "ONTRY" excavator. Once entered as an “ONTRY” excavator you will be able to input locates on the ONTRY site

 

ONTRY CANNOT BE USED TO PROCESS EMERGENCY LOCATE REQUESTS.

When you have completed your ONTRY locate request, you will receive a return email identifying the members notified and the ticket number.
